Anyone NOT lose their hair?
I have very very thick hair! I have always shed hair a bit. I have not noticed any difference in my hairs thickness and still get it thinned out when I get my haircut. My protein and vitamins are on point though and have been since day 1.

More about the "girls"
I know that Victoria's Secret is a bit spendy. But so worth it in my opinion. I went from a 42dd to 38dd. I went there and got two bras and am in love with them!

Any short sleevers?
I am 5'1! My weight on the day of surgery was around 233 I believe. Highest weight was 244. I had my sleeve surgery on 2/09/18 and am currently weighing 190. I think I am losing at a decent speed.

I do the total lean protein 25 drinks from GNC. Premier has to much dairy and makes me sick.

Manicotti
Here is a pic along with some Italian sausage.

Manicotti
So manicotti has always been my favorite meal! I am Italian and most our best family dishes have noodles. Well we made zucchini manicotti last night. Let me say it was amazing. The zucchini just takes on the taste of whatever its cooked with! We just cooked our manicotti how we usually would and used zuchinni rather than manicotti shells!

Newbie here! Minnesota sleevers?
I did three appts. The first one we just talked. The second appt I took like a 300 question personality test. The third we went over the test results and she told me she was recommending me for surgery.

Newbie here! Minnesota sleevers?
Yay that is great! I'm happy for you. The psych appts. were a breeze. I have depression/anxiety/ptsd and it was not a problem. The big thing they check for is that if you've had problems you be been treated for them. And that you are in a good stable place now.

Pics
Not sure if you can tell a difference I don't see much of one. But I'm my own worse critic.

Night Snacking
I struggle with sleep. Until recently I was on a medicine to be able to get a good nights sleep. I decided I didn't want to take it anymore and since then I have been struggling with sleep.

Night Snacking
I think I can get with the plan to not have anything past 8pm. So that's going to be my goal for this coming week. Nothing but liquids after 8pm. It'll be a struggle but I know I can do it!

Night Snacking
So one of my biggest problems has always been snacking at night. Anyone else dealing with this? I eat great during the day. Even at night now when I do have a snack they are healthy but I just hate that I feel hungry and want a snack at night. Any suggestions?

Newbie here! Minnesota sleevers?
I have health partners insurance and they required 5 phone coaching and they had to be spaced apart. It mostly just depends on what your insurance requires. They do all the requirements and then submit you for approval and after that you meet with the surgeon.

Newbie here! Minnesota sleevers?
The process from start to finish took 7 months it would have been less but I had to reschedule a few appointments. After i sent the packet they contacted me in about two weeks. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. My surgeon was amazing as well.

I had my surgery at Park Nicollet Methodist. My whole program was there. It went amazingly well. My surgeon was Dr Luthra and he was great.
