I smoke and knowing I have to quit is freaking me out! Vaping made my gums bleed... bad. My doctor said that he wants no nicotine in my system the week prior to surgery and after. Eeeeek!

Hi, Im going alone for my surgery and hoped to find someone else who is to Tijuana, MX the same day.

I understand that for 6 months following surgery that alcohol is banned. But why not after that? As long as its not often?? Confused in Dallas

We all have doubts and for me it can change minute to minute. I worry about all the same things but I try and think of the statistics. Statistically we are almost guaranteed to lose the weight. Exercise boosts your metabolic rate too. WE CAN DO THIS!!!!
