Omgggg I'm finding it really hard to take my liquid Iron and liquid Vitamin D!!! I'm also on a vitamin B12 spray which is ok and a chewable multi vitamin which also is ok, but the first two...Oh my goodness, I'm starting to find it really hard to have the willingness to take them! I really don't want to slowly stop taking them

Because I know they are very IMPORTANT. Did anyone have this issue? Also how long does this liquid vitamin stage go for?

I was told liquid Vitamins until 6 weeks post op at my last pre-op appointment. How far out are you? Is it the taste you are having trouble with?

I use Tespo (gettespo.com), which has a bariatric formula (powdered vitamins) that is added to Water and doesn't taste half bad. I look at it as a Keurig for Vitamins. Hope this helps.

I just ordered the Tespo and the vitamin pods yesterday. My surgery isn't until the end of the month, but it made sense as it would give me all I need in one shot (2x a day). Do you take anything other than Tespo?
