WEIGHTLOSS STALLS?!
Hey guys, I'm 3 months POST OP and I've noticed I've probably stalled about twice, and now it looks like another stall, haven't lost anything in 2 weeks! I'm ok with it because I know it will hopefully pass. I just wanted to know if stalls are common at this stage?? How often/why do stalls happen?? How do you guys deal with the stalls?? Your thoughts and advice is appreciated sanaa♑️

LIQUID multi vitamins and meds
Omgggg I'm finding it really hard to take my liquid Iron and liquid Vitamin D!!! I'm also on a vitamin B12 spray which is ok and a chewable multi vitamin which also is ok, but the first two...Oh my goodness, I'm starting to find it really hard to have the willingness to take them! I really don't want to slowly stop taking them Because I know they are very IMPORTANT. Did anyone have this issue? Also how long does this liquid vitamin stage go for? sanaa

Water and gastric sleeve
I was sleeved on the 7th Nov 2016, I'm doing great, weighing myself weekly, "trying" to get my Protein and Water up, I didn't realise how hard it would be! Although I must admit that waiting 1/2 hr before and after foods to have water is REALLY hard and starting to annoy me a little. Does anyone know how long I need to keep doing this?? Thanks, Sanaa sanaa
