  17. I have always been a stomach sleeper, but a week before surgery I got a double ear infection and lots of congestion. I could only breathe laying on my back with an incline. Since then, I can only sleep that way! You might be surprised that you can sleep in another position! Sent from my HTC Desire 626s using the BariatricPal App

  22. I am also on Wellbutrin XL but had to switch over to 1 1/2 pills twice a day. My surgeon told me I have to crush it for the first six weeks. Also on Trileptal twice a day - liquid - which isn't awful. Also on liquid Zoloft - the worst taste I have ever encountered. Sent from my HTC Desire 626s using the BariatricPal App

  24. if your liquid is too hot some Proteins won't dissolve properly and will turn into clumps that float on the top of the liquid (it reminds me of eggs, to be honest). unjury says to keep liquid temps below 140F, but I haven't found temperature recommendations on anything else Thank you! 27. I have unflavored powder but have t tried it in anything yet. I love broth; does it change the texture of the broth too much? Sent from my HTC Desire 626s using the BariatricPal App
  28. It depends on what you are allowed to eat or if you're full liquid. Mine was full liquid and day 4 was a day of intense cravings. The rest of the ten days were much more manageable. Once you hit day 3 or 4, it should get easier. Sent from my HTC Desire 626s using the BariatricPal App
