if your liquid is too hot some Proteins won't dissolve properly and will turn into clumps that float on the top of the liquid (it reminds me of eggs, to be honest).

You can also dissolve the powder into a little bit of warm liquid and then mix that into the hot liquids. sent from mobile device

My Google-Fu found these

But at 1g Protein per tablet, you'd have to eat a BUNCH, and I can't figure out what the protein source is. My surgeon wants a good whey source for protein supplements. This is talking about some sort of collagen.

Have you tried any of the clear Protein drinks like Isopure or Syntrax nectar? Or putting unflavored Protein powder in things like chicken broth or Jello or pudding or yogurt?

Haha :) I'm only 5 days post-op, so unfortunately I can't do that yet! I'm looking forward to when I can.

I have unflavored powder but have t tried it in anything yet. I love broth; does it change the texture of the broth too much?
