Carrie have you been hitting your nutrition numbers using just the Tespo Bariatric formula? Do you take anything else besides that?

My vitamin D was slightly low 6 months post op, so I am now taking a vitamin D supplement as well. My iron was very low prior to surgery and those numbers look great now. Everything else looks good.
