    Hey guys and girls.. I'm new to this site.. Started my journey July 12,2017. I'm on the 6 month supervised dieting before surgery and Ive got 3 months left before surgery.. My starting weight 321 I'm down to 292.. I'm from Arkansas and looking for new friends in baratric world.. Support..     New to this site...  I started my journey July 12,2017 I have to do 6 months of supervised dieting for insurance to pay for it.. I started off at 321 now I'm 292..  Ive decided on the duodenal switch.. Surgery should be in late December or early January not sure yet... Super excited ready for a new me... Looking for support and to meet new friends..
