I feel ya. I’m on day 5 too. Same diet as well. I’m want to eat so bad but I’m not really hungry. I think it’s just a mental thing of chewing. Seeing others eat doesn’t help...

On day 2 of preop diet and not as bad as I was afraid of. Lots of Premier Protein drinks and other ready made stuff since I work full time. Probably because it seems like waiting forever to get this started and surgery date of 10/10 finally has some sort of count down!

Congratulations ladies and gents, I'm Oct 2nd omgeeeeeee, I'm so grate full and 7% nervous. . Only because my b day is the 24th and thanksgiving then Christmas. . But I keep telling myself , you'll have a new life with new clothes shoes and you can a possibility next holiday season lol an extra small plate but nevertheless you'll be able to eat and look amazing doing it .. whoop whoop let's go!!! ..
All that to say we can do it , get ready to change your lives forever ....♡♡♡♡♡♡

Hey everyone!! I go in on October 5th!! I just started my 2 week pre-op diet, have a nice nasty headache, excited, scared, nervous, sooooo many different emotions!! I hope you're all doing better than I am! I'll be honest though, I have ZERO support at home, which makes this very difficult. But it's for Me. It's My desicion, and I need to make a change for ME!! For my life. For my children!! I hope and pray that the rest of you have the support you need. If not, I'll be here for you!! 😊
