I’m 10 months post op and the pre op diet is very important. Acclimate to your new lifestyle and If you can’t stick to that diet you will be miserable post up -

I just had mine on 9/11. The first day i walked and walked and walked some more. I'm 4 days in and I just woke up a little stiff but I just walked it off. It takes time my friend. Sip correctly please and pass gas the best you can. The gas x strips are a lifesaver. My wife popped one in just as i woke up I'm my room. Sent from my Pixel using BariatricPal mobile app
