    Abdominal Left Lower Quadrant Pain

I am 3 weeks post op and have the same thing. It's because the main part of the surgery is on the left side. Dr said to use a heating pad to help ease some of the discomfort.

    Taking pills/tablets

I was told by my dr/ hospital before and surgery NO swallowing pills for 8 weeks after surgery (RNY) because they didn't want them getting caught or plugging up new pouch. So I would check with what your dr recommends.

10 weeks post op and throwing up

I would say you need to contact your nutritionist about what is going on, so they could give you some options to try. Meeting your nutritional needs is very important in this process, it may just take more time. Your body and mind are going through huge changes. Hang in there and take good care of your self.
