I was banded the same day as you. I'm on liquids and doing fine, not hungry today, just really sore. I hope everything is ok with you!

Thanks! It's day 2 and I'm really sore but haven't had any bad gas pain yet so I'm blessed!

I don't have gas pain, just horrible pains in my stomach where the port is.

I'm so sore! I knew I would be, but I don't think I expected it to be this bad! I'm not too hungry though so that's good! Gas pain was bad yesterday, but not today. What's day three like?

I had mine today too! Dealing with gas and being "head hungry"!

I am scheduled for surgery this Friday! I have been so excited and doing very well on my pre-op diet. Today everything has started to crumble. My boyfriend broke up with me today, on New Years Eve and a few days before my surgery when he knows how important if means to me. I feel like I can't breathe! I want to go eat, I can't stop crying.... Someone please say something to help!

I have my surgery next Friday and am currently on my pre-op diet (south beach diet). The cravings are bad, and I'm scared just like you but we won't know until we are actually there to see how our bodies react. But you're are not alone!

I'm not banded yet, (Jan 4th), but if you did it before, you can do it now!!! Maybe get another fill or make an appointment with your nutritionist. Good Luck!

I'm being banded January 4. I'm starting to get everything ready and my kitchen stocked for what I will need. The two weeks before surgery I have to do the south beach diet. After surgery it's clear liquids. What exactly are clear liquids? I need ideas
