hi,

SLIDER FOODS: (NOUN)

any food that is easily slipped thru your stoma that does not cause staiety or adverse effects like puking sticking ect.

many flour/suggar non yeast baked goods

sweet candy

milkshakes ice cream

potatoes

chips/crisps if chewed to death

Cookies

basically all the bad junk items that make us fat to begin with

They are foods that are not good choices for you but you can easily eat with the band. Examples are chips, icecream, etc.

If a food more or less dissolve in your mouth it's a slider food.

Guess I've tried everything that "slides" into my mouth but since band I haven't tried ice cream, chips or cookies so far.

It's the road to hell!
