I think this week will be a good week with the 21st century theme. I can see Katherine doing some Norah Jones. She would sound really good singing her songs. Chris will do awesome...cause he just is awesome! God,I love that man.

Hey everyone....I pb'd last night for the first time. I ate a healthy choice pizza way too fast and too much bread! It got stuck and then the saliva started. Then it felt like I couldn't breath and that I was choking...after i got sick i felt better. Just thought I would let ya know! Not that ya'll want to know about my pbing...but it happened..so thought i would share. So lesson learned...slow down, chew my food, and I really do have a band in there!!! HAHA! Hey everybody....I bought a scale from Target that monitors your weight and body fat..which I don't understand the body fat thing. That is not the same as BMI..cause if it is then the scale is way off. It is digital and weighs to the tenth of a pound. It was I think $39.99. Nanster: I heard that cauliflower is one of those foods that is hard for people to digest...so that might have been your only problem. That and broccoli, I have heard are very hard to digest with a lapband. Just a guess though! Good luck, hope that pbing is behind you....and no more! OK...so I saw some pics of my at my sister's baby shower this weekend...and I was devistated. I thought I was looking better than that! I thought after 25 lbs, I might be able to see a difference. I looked bigger than ever. I am so aggrevated!:angry

Mandisa and Chris all the way!!! GOD...I love CHRIS!!! I actually dream about him..although he must not have watched Walk The Line....he said that Johnny Cash wrote that for his wife, saying he would be faithful. WEll...uh...we all know johnny wasn't faithful,hence his marriage to June Carter. I thought it was funny he referenced that song to being like his life right now. He is still a cutie though!

He really did brag on the singers alot. Course, they were all really good last night...I think last nights show was the best one yet for all the singers. AND again..anytime I talk about AIDOL I have to say....I LOVE CHRIS.....he is such a hottie...wow...gosh...what I wouldn't give!

Hey everybody....just saying hi, its been a while. I am not doing so good with the diet thing...I do good all day...and then like tonight...I had a whole solo lean cuisine meal, 2 handfuls of baked cheetos, and 2 bites of a cookie...is that binging or what? My band has no restriction. I am going in again on the 28th, but that will be my 3rd fill since my surgery feb.20th. it is so hard not feeling restriction when everybody on here seems to feel it! O'well..we will see what the scale says on Wed...

Question....I can eat most anything....I eat about all of those south beach diet breakfast wraps for breakfast..I know this cannot be right. I eat small portions mostly, but can eat anything. I have had 2 fills and am at 2.8 cc I feel completely like this band is not doing much. Is something wrong with me?

Hey all. happy Monday! Well, I went to KY and we had my sister's baby shower, which is such a blessed thing. They have been trying to conceive for 6 years, and they have finally decided to adopt from Guetemaula..and are getting their son in a few months. They have updated pics of him and everything...it is so cool! He is 3.5 months old. Anyway...they had tons of food that I couldn't eat....oh and I had licks here and there off my daughters plate. I am horrible...I just wasn't ready for that kind of food to be put in front of me. Anyway..I didn't gain, but I didn't lose...guess I will be happy I didn't gain! Hope everyone has a good day and week. I will check back later!

Sunta, just remember that is 1.5 lost....not 1.5 gained, which if you are like me was the case pre-band life. 1.5 is a good loss...I didn't lose anthing my first 2 to 3 weeks post-op, and now it is catching up with me.

WOW..Tammy, I am so sorry! I hate to hear of young children (or people in general..doing that type of thing), but atleast God sent a warning sign before it got too bad. I know 31 pounds is alot in 1 month, but 1 month of this can be corrected verses....her doing it for a year or so, and she is so far gone that it will turn into a live/die issue. I think a professional should step in and advise your sister as to what to do, and you just be the shoulder and support she needs. Be there for her, like I know you will..because you can tell you are a caring, loving person. Just recommend she gets help and not face this on her own! Good Luck! I hate to even say this after Tammy's post, but I am down another 2lbs...and have hit the -25 lb mark!! Little victory dance for myself.

Yea....I didn't agree with the bottom 3 at all. I did think Melissa would go, but Ace and Whats her name...uh...can't remember!..They are good. KEVIN NEEDS TO GO!!!!
