I am so happy for you!! I had to have 1 cc taken out of my band couldn't eat very good or get water down. I was bummed but my hair was falling out really bad and now I can eat better and get more water down and can get protein in like i am supposed to!!! How is your eating and are you working out? Again I am so happy for you and here is to a new year!!!

Congrats!! I weighed in yesterday 189, so 71 pounds down. I am just trying to workout to get all this jiggle firm again. How is it going with eating and have you had a fill yet?

I am trying to get down to 150, so another 40 pounds. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. It is so nice to have someone to ask questions that you can write directly. It is the best decision I have ever made and I for once am looking forward to summer!!

Hi Heidi, thank you for the comment on my picture. I haven't been on here forever. I had a tough day and for some reason counted up all my calories and had like 1300 I have no idea how. So I got on here and it is so nice to have people give you insperation. How is your journey?
