I get that same feeling of emptiness in my stomach. I eat every 3to4 hours too. Sounds like your doing great. Congrats

JULY SLEEVERS- How are you doing?

Well what a journey so far. I started at 276 and am at 192. I do see the weight loss slowing down a bit. The holidays were a challenge. The worse thing is my hair falling out in handfuls. I am taking biotin but not sure if that’s helping. Working out 3 days a week. So I’m happy with my results. Never want to go back.
  3. Today is 8 days post op and I am moving to full liquids but my biggest issue is I feel exhausted. I saw a recipe using thin chicken cutlet 1 low fat mozzarella string cheese couple spinach leaves and slice of red pepper. Roll it up and back. I thought it sounded good.

JULY SLEEVERS- How are you doing?

I was sleeved on 7/25. So far so good. My hardest thing is sleeping. Not comfortable. After laying for a while my incisions sting. Walking around the house helps a lot. Good luck July sleepers! This is going to be a great journey.

Old clothes? What did you do?

I just had my surgery but this subject of letting go of my clothes came up a lot because we all know how hard we shopped to find things in our size and that we liked. My husband says "even if someday way down the road you gain weight back those clothes won't be in style." It makes sense for me it's taken many many years for me to get this size I am letting mine go when the time comes. Thinking possibly to a womens shelter.
  6. Sleeping is difficult, I'm only a few days out but laying flat or on my side is just not comfortable. Asuggestions?ny
