Well, I have my surgery date for April 16th! 😀 Any suggestions from recent sleevers for an easier transition and healing process? Or just tips in general that were passed to you or you discovered that you'd like to share?

Two tips to consider: take Senekot every night for a week before surgery to help with post-op constipation (a local hospital near me recommends this). And start walking the hallways as soon as you are able to get rid of gas from surgery,which otherwise accumulates around your shoulders. Good luck to you!!
