  1. May I ask why you can't take them now? Just asking as I'm a new sleever and my doctor said that I could take a hair and nail supplement. Did you find it was too hard on your stomach? I'm finding this to be a problem with my daily vitamin.
  2. I think you could add squats and lunges but absolutely nothing with added weight or crunches. You are doing great with you walking. Think of how long it took to get on. Give it time to come off. Keep up the great work.
  3. Also how long ago was your surgery? You may have an infection or abscess.
  4. I would agree give your doctor a call. There should/could be some discomfort but sever/serious pain is not what is expected

  10. Is there anyone else a week out dying of thirst but just can't get the amount of fluids to every not be thirsty? I'm drinking all day, but can't seem to every beat the thirst. What have you guys found that has provided you the most relieve?

  12. Powerade Zero makes me so sick. I can't even drink it. I had no problem with artificial sweeteners before surgery but since I just can't stomach them.

  14. Amanda, May I ask how many grams of protein are you getting each day?
  15. Guys can you all share how long it took for everyone to be gas pain free? I am on day 6 post op and it seems that nothing is helping with the gas especially the gas in the shoulders.
  16. Amen Nikki!!! For someone who is having so many complications and cannot be worried about food phases he has plenty of time to bash anyone that tries to give words of encouragement.
  17. I had my sleeve done on July 25. Still some gas pains and incision pain but feeling better each day. Other than feeling really tired I have lost 17lbs my first 5 days. Very happy with my progress.
  18. I had one right after woke from surgery. I never get them so I was very surprised.
  19. It took me till the morning of day 5 post op. However I did not have to taking any medication to help. It just moved naturally
