  4. I couldn't get the protein down I was using optimum nutrition chocolate, the dietitian gave me a sample of syntax nectar fuzzy navel it is more like a juice and mixed with water, it was better than using milk and I liked it so I ordered. I hope when it arrives I still like it. I have 2 big containers of protein mix I don't like. Wasted money.

  11. Don't worry it will be fine, I was nervous also but really it was ok. The best advice I can give is when you get back from recovery brush your teeth comb your hair and walk walk walk you have to get rid of the gas they put in you during the surgery. It really helps and it is better for you recovery. I had mine I week ago on the 24th I feel great!!!!! It is a tough journey but you will do it and in the end you will be so much better off. I walked all day and night bring some cute pj's and hair ties and walk !!!! that was the best advice I got. GOod luck and keep in touch

  21. Thanks Joanne I spoke with DR. He said some discomfort in the intestinal area would be normal. I have my follow up tomorrow, was just worried I'm feeling better now. Thanks for the heads up on the sf pudding, I'm not crazy about it to begin with so I'll keep away.
  22. I had my surgery July 24 I am 6 days out and I had a 4 oz cup of sugar free Italian ice last night and I think I ate I it too fast, after I finished I got rumbling in stomach area and then (sorry) got diarrhea. Not nausea or vomiting. This morning still grumbling but other than that nothing else. I am afraid to even take a sip of water. Any feed back would be helpful.
