  1. i adjusted my bp meds due to bp dropping, i went to doctor and she said break them in half, i only take beta blocker the other bp med i just stopped taking. I wish somebody told me not to chew the calcium chew, it made me so sick 2nd day post op/sleeve, omg, it felt like a baseball was sitting in my throat, omg be very careful with your vitamins and chews post op,plus i had to get down my other medications, its all a learning experience. . Discharging from hospital today, still have some gas pain,but still worth it, dont weigh yourself when you get out hospital, because you will weigh more after surgery than before, due to all the gas in your abdomen and iv fluids they give you in hospital ,Good Luck to Everyone, i will keep you posted on my Journey [emoji3] Sent from my SM-J320P using BariatricPal mobile app

I was scheduled for Surgery August 1,i was super nervous and excited, i was so nervous i thought about canceling surgery, my family had came in town to support me, i knew i couldn't cancel, getting support from this site has helped tremendously, when you have support makes a big difference, surgery went quickly i had vsg/hernia repair, surgery lasted 45 minutes, i had alot of gas pain first day of surgery, i walked alot, that really helped,i couldnt sleep in bed, i slept sitting up in chair, im so happy i had surgery, the sky is the limit,i will definitely follow my nutritional guidelines, i will be a fool not too, Good Luck August Sleevers.. Surgery went well today, I was nervous and excited, when you have your family by your side, gives you strength to go forward, plus having faith in God that everything will be fine helped...I have alot of gas, walking definitely helps, i will keep you posted in my recovery...Thanks for all your support...
