  5. You can stretch your stomach back out! Just break the rules. Soda will stretch your stomach out, and eating when you drink. I agree with drinking more protein too. I mean I definitely don't recommend stretching your stomach all the way back out, but there are rules you can break to make it happen so you're more comfortable

  8. I'm in the same boat! I had my lap band in 2008 when I was 16 and since have had two kids (3.5 and 7 months) since then. I'm getting the band out and the sleeve done on Tuesday! During my first pregnancy I gained 70 pounds because my dr recommend I take most of the saline out of the band. I couldn't loose it after no matter what I did. With my second I only gained 20 and have lost 15 of it. And I still plan on having more kids.
  9. I'm getting my band to sleeve surgery on the 1st of august and I'm so excited! I got the Band when I was 16 back in 2008 and I'm so excited to get it out. Anyone else get the band as a teenager and is now getting it out?
  10. Hi! Saw your surgery is scheduled for the 7th! I'm having mine on the 1st! Here to chat if you want! [emoji4][emoji173]️
