I had my surgery July 24 I am 6 days out and I had a 4 oz cup of sugar free Italian ice last night and I think I ate I it too fast, after I finished I got rumbling in stomach area and then (sorry) got diarrhea. Not nausea or vomiting. This morning still grumbling but other than that nothing else. I am afraid to even take a sip of water. Any feed back would be helpful.
