July sleever August out

I feel dizzy, happy, tired, little pain accomplished. I am only day one of post op. I had surgery yesterday and I just knew I was gonna be ok and so far so good! I still got a long way to go! I am home and have medicine cups and drinking Gatorade!

Congrats on surgery! The first week for me was the hardest - This is my 3rd week post op - you get stronger and feel better each day that passes.

Congrats! I am five weeks out, and new goals! I started the Gym this week and a full and "real" meal prep! Let me tell you - i'm in a little slump because of a stall, but I keep reading positive vibes from everyone on this forum and it's making me push through. It WILL get better!!
