  1. I had my VSG on 9/5/2017 and I was so thrilled before I had my surgery. I felt so much excitement because I worked hard to lose the weight I needed. I kept to the pre-op diet and managed to cut a lot of bad foods from my life. I made some big lifestyle changes as well. I hardly slept the week before my surgery and I felt the happiest I had ever felt in my life. But post-op, I just feel blah. It seems like I just lost all the excitement I had before. I go to my group meetings and I see all the other patients who had the surgery, and they have seem to have endless amounts of energy. I don't regret my surgery at all, but could it just be from the hormonal changes my body is going through? What is causing this emotional fog?

    Any August 2017 Sleevers?

My surgery is scheduled for August 21st which is pretty awesome because it is just not long after my birthday. I am a mix of excited because I have waited for so long, but also nervous as this is my first major surgery.
