  18. Hey lady,

    Well I finished today also. I must say I did every day but saturday because i had 4 basketball goes to go to. I finshed 8 miles short of 100 miles, but i pumped up my treadmill walking so i did get in my 100 tolal if we add my walking. I was able to lose that 4 lbs. i agained last week before we started so I am right back where I started before the challenge. Get some rest and let me know what we are doing next.

  20. Ok today was the 1st. day at my new workout club. I was so upset for some reason i had to ride over 50 minutes to get my miles in on the bike. i also walked 45 minutes on the treadmill. I was so hungry I wasnt able to try any weights or machines. i have basketball toun, this weekend and 2 more games saturday to watch. So my butt will be hurting by monday

  21. Great job on your walk, i am training right now to do mine at the end of May. I walk in it every year but only for a few laps but this year I am going to try and walk all three days..Oh and i am not going to be a judge for the pie cooking contest this year.

  22. Ok I did my ride yesterday, i was able to do 12 miles but stayed between level one and two. I am going to checkout a new workout club today

  23. Ok lady,

    I did my ride 2x's each time for 5 miles burning about 93.0 cal each time. i never went higher than level 2 today because i did my walking DVD before i jumped on the bike. I DVD was for 1 mile which is the lowest level. i was into working out today but my wife decided to workout with me so i was forced me to do it. LOL! hope your workout went well.

  24. Hey lady how ya doing? Im just writing to say i am about to do my usual workout. i'm going for 40 minutes wish me luck.....I some how gained 2 lbs over the weekend. Ok i know how. For some reason my band wouldnt let me eat my fish this weekend without sliming but the hot choc. cookies went do just fine. I hate to see what would of happened if I didnt ride the bike.
