  1. I'm scheduled for 7/11. I'm taking 2.5 weeks off. I've never had surgery, so I wanted to give myself as much time as possible to have healed and adjusted as much as possible. I figure it's best to take the time and not push myself. Also decided to start back in the middle of the week so that I'm not dealing with Monday rush or having to work a full work week just getting back. TBH, I also don't mind the time away from the office. I'm on leave as if 5PM today! Excited to get the surgery underway!

    July Schedule

Honestly, work has been so busy... I'm trying to tie up as much as possible to prepare for my absence. At home, I've been trying to clean and prep as much as possible. So I've been pretty busy. I start clear liquids only Sunday and have my surgery Tuesday, so I'm guessing this weekend is going to be pretty frustrating and anxiety-filled. ... And hungry. Lol.

    July Schedule

Hi all! I just created my account. Glad to have a bit of an internet support group. My sleeve is scheduled for July 11th! To answer another question, I took off 2.5 weeks. I was going to stick with two as recommended by my surgeon, but decided to take a extra two days so that I'm not coming back to work on a Monday (which is a busy day for us) and getting tossed into a full work week. This way, only working a few days, I can adjust a little better before working a full week.
