You look great! How much did you lose during your prediet?

To the first part of this question, my answer is nothing, as in I don't say anything else to them, like ever. If they don't support me in decisions to better my life, then f 'em. Of course if this is a close relative and you think they will come around then that is one thing, but this journey is tough enough without someone giving you crap about it.
To the second part, if someone directly asks me I always tell them the truth. I just can't see wasting time trying to hide something I am not ashamed about doing. Of course I don't go blaring it from the roof tops, but I also don't hide it.
That said it is a personal choice, and everyone has a different take on this. Either way I think you have made a fantastic choice and I wish you all the best in your journey!!

I start my diet on July 6th for my July 18 surgery... I haven't thought about buying much except for stocking up on my Protein shakes! I'd like to drink two a day at first to ensure my protein is def in besides what I eat!

July 18th!! Super excited and nervous. I'm more nervous about the afterward than the actual surgery. Anyone else feel like this?

My diet is very similar to yours in the sense I have to do just the shakes and yogurt too; however I have to drink their shakes. I plan to drink premier after surgery. The banana flavor is pretty good! Want to try strawberry

I'll be getting the Bariatric Fusion which has all the Vitamins you need. You just chew 4 per day. I think this site may sell them or promote them actually. I will be drinking First Premier

So I'm trying to forget about the numbers on the scale for the moment. Despite losing 94lbs in 8 months I'm still disappointed with the number but oh well.
I'm concentrating on NSV
Able to comfortably sit in an airplane seat - no seat beat extension
Able to comfortably wear a pair of heels YES!!
Gone from a size 26 to 16 which I never ever though I'd get here again
Exercising loads and my stamina has risen beyond expectation
Able to do a 45seconds plank which is a huge achievement for me
Last but not least ABLE TO CROSS MY LEGS!!!!! OMG I've never been able to do this but now my legs naturally want to cross
So don't beat yourself up about the numbers. Look and be happy with those NSV!!
