  1. It is not real hunger, your tummy has just had surgery so your tummy over reacts as things are healng i felt extreme painful hunger pains. give your body a chance to settle down.
  2. 7weeks post also , havent lost in a littlebit but im not drinking enough water
  3. tried pb on a spoon used to love it made me gag 7 weeks out
  4. Hi i am allowed crackers and see no issue with penut butter so what you had does not sound bad lol
  5. I feel the same. i am failing everyday with not drinking enough , wen i spend 2 days drinking right i have . huge loss. then i go back to my usual its so annoying. you have done great keep it up. i was going to do protien shake this morning but ended up eating a home made chicken wing lol
  6. I was aproved for full normal food diet when my surgeon saw me at 5 weeks. I am 7 weeks post and loving normal food it is fully on my agenda lol but certainly was not at 3 weeks.
  7. I think the weightloss is due to the increasing water, not drinking enough can cause you to retain water. I do not think it had anything to do with just doing shakes, but congrats.
  8. Snap on goal weight . goodluck What is your eating plan like?
  9. FRIDAY WEIGH IN: Goal Weight:196Current Weight: 217Today's Date: Friday 25th August 2017 I feel this is achievable. I really need to work hard. If I do not achieve it , I will just push myself more. But I need to get a food plan in place.
  10. thanks so much i was overreacting haa
  11. Any sleevers from the original post. Wondering how you all did
  12. I have (diagnosed) OCD . I'm 7 weeks out. So far so good. What I can say is having someone around you that you can be honest with. And tell if you feel you are doin things you would not usually. I have had to check myself a few times. Be honest with your surgeon.
  13. Hi. I've not had a band. But 7 weeks post sleeve. I feel full after 2/3 ounces of meat. Its mind boggling. Even if I think I'm starving hungry nothing can fit after a few bites. You will feel pain if you eat too much. I ate tea spoon to much in puree stage.. The chest pain had me bent over lol
  14. How tall are you ? Does your goal put you at a healthy BMI ?
  15. Don't worry we all do. I'm 7 weeks in and been same weight 2+ weeks. I'm going to try up my protein and drink more water.
  16. Fingers crossed for you
  17. Life off meds is miserable. I stopped before my surgery. hope your able to get back on them soon
  18. Bypass and sleeve? I dont know much but what made you have both? similar weight to you at start. Anyway you perhaps should have gone to your docs to discuss an alternative anti depressent that can be crushed, or smaller. Get a pill crusher for sups if they can be crushed.
  19. Hi. I think its abit rude calling someones whatever an idiot lol. My own surgeon told me they do alot of pulling tugging and cutting around the muscles the area that has the largest incision were they pulled the tummy out, so i can see it could be som damage possibly this lady is experiancing. i had alot of pain on one side and he explained why. it does not seem so far fetched, they could have cut something. Unfortunately it is not always the most plausable that is the case. But who knows. She is better going to the emergency room if the surgeon is trying to dismiss her.
  20. You are almost at goal in a few months wow tell me what you eat? And they say its slower to lose as you enter nrmal weight, keep at it
  21. But your able to eat an amazing amount one week post, i love hearing what everyone is able to eat. I am 7 weeks post and cant manage both yogurt and cottage cheese at the same etc. 2 weeks post .I was at 1 ounce at a time.maybe 2 . Keep up the good work. I was told not to work out for 6 weeks.
  22. Weighing the same from week 1 to week 2 is not a stall. Not losing weight in one week does not mean the sleeve is not working. Paitence is important. Make sure you are drinking enough water too. It is working you lost alot pre surgery so maybe your body is just catching up.
  23. Told by who? I would have been back in with my surgeon by now.
  24. I personally have not. But I have seen around. Are you weighing same time , in the morning after a pee? Not today morning tommorow evening ( we weigh more in evening) Is it time of the month? Are you drinking enough? Not having too much sodium? What is your daily eating like? Our weight does fluctuate so giving mre time between weighing may help
