Try Benefiber it doesn't get thick and they even have the sugar free .. I use two teaspoons everyday in my tea or protein shake.. I swear by it .. Try too to stay away from cheese.. Hope this helps oh and drink lots of water ...

I was just reading all the posts and couldn't help but think what an AWESOME GOD we have.. Not only did he give us this band to help with our struggles but also gave us each other to talk to.. How great is that ..We can do this and we will do this.. WE will all start praying for our evening temptations and lights out in the kitchen at 8... Bless you all

I have to say I have tried the QVC product and it really works.. I too was having hair loos and my surgeous said bump up the protien and that really helped. The hair has stopped falling out but now I will wait for all the new little ones to pop up .. I hope ...

you are a total inspiration to me .. I am on a plateau and got back to the basics again .. I too love my band and never ever want to be without it ... Keep posting ...

Happy New Year Buddy ..I too got through the holidays but have to get back on track starting TODAY... I go for my 7th fill next month and hope that will be the last one .. I am so happy we did this I really am .. Down 51 lbs and loving it .

Just cause Oprah says it doesn't make it so. She is just a rich woman who now thinks everyone listens to her .Money talks I guess . We made our choice to fix our problem let her make more money trying to figure it out. I used to really like her now what she says doesn't even phase me .. I chose the band and my only worry is I never want to loose it ..

EEyore first thng we need to do is change your name from Eeyore to a Tigger ..You need to toally disconnect with him..Like the other poster said delete his name and number from all files.. Painful as it will be you have to take the first step... You still had hope of being more than friends ..Who needs a firend like that... Take it so slow and only one day at a time ... We are here for you and never forget you are never alone .. When God shuts a door he always has another one open and ready for you ... Take care and try not to ever talk to him again ....

I just read these posts and had a huge lump in my throat ..Soul sister and all my sisters you are awesome...
