I'm getting sleeved June 1st & ive only told my hubby, 2 family members & a friend. I didn't want any negative responses plus I'm a very private person. My plan is to tell anyone who asks upon my weight loss that I'm eating healthier. Last week I threw away ALL my snacks & good at work so i told my employees that I was changing my eating habits and under the care of a nutritionist. SENSITIVE INFO... today marked #5 of my liver shrinking diet and drinking 4 protien shakes a day is "hard" on the bowel process. I found these magnesium pills (MAG 07) last year during a 10 cleanse & they produce results in @ 3-5hrs depending on your body w/ zero cramps. The capsules are big but can be opened so the powder is "mixable". I intend on asking my surgeon if I can take this post op as well.
