My start weight was 240 I'm now 190! That picture of me is at my second home the YMCA lol I am doing water cardo exercise in the pool and we do use weights on Thursdays is water blast class that's like a high dose of water zumba! 30 minutes before each class I run on the treadmill for 2 miles and then I go into the weight room and lift weights! I'm at the Y 5 days a week for about 3 to 4 hours a day! I rest on Saturdays and Sundays! Oh by the way I'm 60 years young [emoji1434]emoji1434]
