  3. I am a little over 1 month post op (2/8/17)and I signed up for my 1st Boot camp! It starts April 22 so I will be about 2 1/2 months post op when it starts... 6 weeks, 3 days a week! I am ready, nervous and excited ...

  11. Well I gave blood ... no issues ... I was worried about my iron since I haven't been eating red meat, but I guess the vitamins are doing what they are supposed too [emoji846]

  15. You Just had surgery(Major Surgery)! Give your body a chance to heal. Think of why you did the surgery... write them down ....let it sink in... you got this ... before long you will be posting before and after picks and non scale victories!!! I am cheering for you!

  20. Just do everything they want you to do... sometimes gets frustrating but stick with it... life on the other side is gonna be GREAT!
  21. What a great read.... thank you for the inspiration! The pictures are unbelievable! Definitely be proud of your self and pat yourself on the back. I am in my 3rd week post-op (surgery was 2/8/17) I am a Fitbit user and it definitely challenges me! I am also looking for a sport to play that I will enjoy it will probably be tennis, hiking and maybe kayaking who would of thunk it[emoji6] I'm not there yet but those are some goals!
