Incisions......

Those are questions I will be asking my surgeon tomorrow at my post op check. I am almost 4 weeks out. I'd like to start using some scar reduction cream if possible. Four of my incisions have health perfect and have left nothing but a thin straight line. I have a thick scab on one... and another never closed... just a gaping hole that has now scabbed over.

I'll be needing a TT eventually so I'm hoping that these less than stellar ones can be taken care of then.

Andrea What did your surgeon say about incisions and scaring

This is where I really failed. I left my list of questions at home and was distracted by our conversation on other issues. He said the incisions are healing really well and the one with the hole will fill in. I forgot to ask about the cream. I'm going to email the bariatric nurse tomorrow and ask her to ask him.
