Don't give up!! They say if you're going to dream to dream big but you want small..so maybe..there's still a chance you'll get the small perky ones! Do you realize those small women would give their eye teeth for bigger breasts and here we are wishing we DIDN'T have them! What a hoot! :biggrin2:
  2. Now this we definitely would have to share!! He is just too sexy for one woman!! Nope..my eyes would be closed and...well you can imagine the rest right??
  3. Shoes! What a riot! Does yours cook, clean, do laundry, mow the yard, measure out your food, do the grocery shopping and spoil you rotten and still get 27 holes of golf in?? If he does then we may very well be sharing a DH!:frown: HA! HA! I love it!!:biggrin2:
  4. :biggrin2: Oh my goodness girl, you look so beautiful and so ALIVE!! Keep on running!! It's working!!
  5. Ezma, I'm not real sure about it myself! I thought when they stitched the port..it would stay where they put it!! This thing has me completely bamboozled!! I now have restriction when I bend over! If I bend too far or the wrong way the port pinches me!! Have you ever heard of this?? Weird..real weird!!:frown:
  6. Val..I have the AP 12 band..no fill in surgery..4 weeks after; first fill was 5.00cc..6 weeks later; second fill was .6cc..went in today and felt like I would be better without any fill since I am having restriction and my mouth wants to inhale my food instead of chewing it properly!

Ladies...that's the first thing that disappeared on me!! HA! I'm not real top heavy..my belly is my problem and on my first fill the nurse asked me how things were hanging..and I said..oh so you noticed too! She just about choked from laughing! Congrats Tap shoes!!
  8. :biggrin2: I love all you girls..you said it in a nutshell! Makes my day to come in here and see I am not alone on my woes and my triumphs! We are all very lucky to have this avenue to extend to one another!!
  9. Well Cool..my chest has been deflated and my butt is starting to sag quite a bit but my tummy is for sure the last to see the loss!! My tummy is big all over and I don't see any pouches yet but when I start noticing I'll keep what you said in mind. I do know that they stiched my port but that bad boy has moved from my lower abdomen to just below my insertion cut to about 2 inches above my insertion cut now!! What's up with that?? HA! My doc seems to thing my muscles have started to tone up thereby bringing that port up to my CHEST?? Wish my breasts would have come up as high as that dang port!! :biggrin2:
  10. Lil Miss..I am the same way. People don't want happy people around them it seems! But sweetie..YOU just be yourself! I think your all aces!
  11. Shiny..You can really see the difference! Keep it going girl!! Beautiful!
  12. Well all of you are doing so great! Thanx Lil Miss..I luv ya! Went to my doc today..down 9 more pounds and pretty much begged him not to put another fill in yet!! :frown: Have been having some chewing issues here!:biggrin2: My poor hubby told me if I didn't chew more he was going to start mushing my food again! Doc said we're down 1/3 and only 2/3rds to go! I came close to slapping his grin off his face! HA! I knew he was being his sweet self, but those numbers made me feel like I was in the negative! But once he went over the whole picture I felt better..and I'm so happy to find out I'm not the only one that has had to wait for the gym!! The rains are starting to let up here so I'll get back into my routine, so RSG, we'll both play catch up!!:biggrin2: And I've been to your lovely state and I've eaten those yummy crawfish, and gator, and the dogs and the jumbalayas and the beingets and needless to say there's not much I didn't try when I visited! I'll have to look you up when I come back down there and we can go smell the wonderful aromas! Peek, we needed a good group hug! Thank you! Love you all!!
  13. Ditto Tap Shoes!! Anyone that has an eye on Sean Connery is in my corner for sure!!
  14. Tap shoes, I feel like that too! Now I wouldn't mind if Matt were my son in law..but I like the more mature men. The young ones are adorable and handsome in their own right like Lil Miss says, but way too young! My DH is 13 years older than me and he's the best!
  15. Tap Shoes..I'm with you!! Sean is what I would consider the most! He is refined, sexy, mature, and a few other things that shouldn't be put into words but should go through your mind! Not discounting Matt cuz I think he's a cutie also, but he's just a tad older than my daughter, so I would look at him more as a son, but Sean is welcome to come film at my house, my home town, anywhere at any time! I'd even let his wife stay with me just so I can oogle him!!:thumbup:
  16. Well RSG, I can hear an echo in my head! Those very same thoughts I have had and I'm getting ready for my third fill tomorrow! I question whether this will be adequate because my last fill has made it impossible for me to eat just one meal at a time three times a day. I am having to spread it out because I do have restriction and I had the after effects of trying to eat my 1/2 c of mostly protein for each meal! I don't like that one iota! I get frustrated and just sometimes get so bitchy but I know if I just stay on target..SOMETHING is bound to give and hopefully it will do it soon!! I am in a rebel state right now and my workouts aren't as steady as they should be so I will quiz my doc on let's say..the AVERAGE loss?? Then I'll confess all to him and see if I'm still ok or just a raving lunatic!! Hang in there sweetie! You are not alone!!
  17. :biggrin2: Yall don't get down! Look at how much you have already accomplished! My biggest problem is my tummy! It's stretched and with one c section, I doubt it will ever go away! HA! But we are all our own worse critics! I can see from all the pictures that are being posted with before and afters that all of you are doing so fantastic!!:smile2: Keep up the great work and eventually you will see those arms slimming down enough to where you won't even think about whether your shirts have sleeves or not!:biggrin2:
  18. :smile2: Wow all of you look absolutely marvelous! You can really see a difference in everyone of you! You should all be so proud of how beautiful you are! Keep up the good work!!:biggrin2:
  19. Hey Chrysalis! Same here..get to eat just about anything. Doc just wanted me to keep portions to 1/2c..not to worry about calories, but watch the carbs. I am losing..slowly but better than gaining any day!:Dancing_wub: I am only a little afraid of DRIED CHICKEN!! Had to many episodes with that but everything else is ok..even steak..but it has to be chewed a little longer than the rest of my foods and I don't even think about bread anymore. I have found that I can eat some crackers but limit myself to just 2 per meal if I have tuna or chicken. I even eat those baked tortilla chips once in a while just to feel my mouth crunch on some foods! I never really thought I would miss crunching but since I've been banded I have tried to make sure all my meats are soft and veggies the same. So by having everything in the quiet food mode I will get 3 or 4 of those chips once or twice a week and just crunch them and have never had any bad reactions from them! All of the VV's appear to be doing so good and when I read how everyone is now getting their fills and losing more and more you can just see the enthusiasm in their writings! Like yours!! :biggrin2: Keep up the good work and you will remain EMPOWERED!:Dancing_wub: That's a great word!:hurray:
  20. :tt1: Ok Ezma, you'll have to ask one of the computer gurus about that!:hurray: I have no idea how to do it but I know I somehow got my picture in on this thread a while back! Actually I think I just got lucky:wink2:! So all of you that know how to handle these hi-tech puters help Ezma (and me) out!!:Dancing_wub: Here we unite our knowledge again!!:Dancing_wub:
  21. Well girls, my doc said, the younger you are the easier it will be for your skin to adjust and go back..unfortunately I'm a bit older and am having to work pretty hard to feel comfortable with what I refer to now as my mini bat wings! But I shall prevail!! And so shall you!!:biggrin2: Then bring on the swim suits, the sleeveless shirt, dresses, and blouses!!
  22. *WOW* I am so happy for you! That is fantastic! Keep going strong! You're doing great!!:biggrin2:
  23. Alright! :biggrin2: That sounds wonderful Ready!! I also feel like the rest of the posters..only you know what your art really means and if a person (s) get offended then they can look at something else! Artists are unique and so intelligent! I am so happy for victory!! Keep it going!!
  24. :w00t: Congrats!! Way to go!! Yippee!! One day I too shall enter this region with all those who have before me!! So happy for you!! :biggrin2:
