    My addiction to food is what made me regret having the surgery. I'm just a week post op and I feel great. I'm happy. Eating my little soups and popsicles. It's a mental battle of mind over matter. I started phase 2 where I can have fuller liquids. Made me some brown sugar cream of wheat 😐 I ate 2-3 spoonfuls and I was out. I felt like I just ate a 12oz ribeye with a loaded potato. I made a great decision for ME & my kids just my inner fat girl is screaming Whyyyyyyyy?! Wish you the best ❤️
