  1. So Alex works for one of ALM competitor's... Who also happens to be the company exclusively promoted by this forum. It would be nice to hear the facts from someone with no skin in the game. As it stands both parties have a decent incentive to lie. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using BariatricPal mobile app
  2. I have 4 day liquid diet and thats it
  3. I just have to say.... peeps are so gross! Haha my son loves them but ewwwwww i hate hate hate em. Haha ok done with my useless contribution to the conversation!

  5. I dont mind not taking them fpr a couple days. I dont want to vomit like you did, that had to suck. Im pretty certain i wont be able to take my anxity meds with the pain meds, although im thinking i might not need em.
  6. Ok so how long were you off your medications after having the sleeve. When did you stop taking them and when did you restart taking them. Did pills bother you?

  9. Could be yeast... since its spreading it sounds like a likely possibility. However i am not in the medical field so its just speculation since I have heard of this happening to another lady. Check with your doctor. Or you could try an antifungal on areas away from your incisions, thats what i would do anyway. Again im not a doctor lol
  10. Get a fork and mash mash mash
  11. I would be extreamly cautious of alcohol... its irritating to the stomach and you wont know how you are going to tolerate it especially so soon after surgery. I know im a debbie downer lol BUT congrats on your wedding!!!
  12. My advice, throw the chips in the trash. Its easier to avoid trigger foods if it means you have to make a shopping trip to get them. The family should be understanding.
  13. Im not sure why shaving is necessary even with a catheter... unless its the lower abdominal portion. I dont understand the medical necessity i guess.
  14. Sorry i thought this was a vsg post. Just noticed you are lap band.
  15. It wont strech your stomach... however its just not good for you and if your still early in post op it will put stress on the staples. People can get leaks even 6 weeks out so i have heard.
  16. The gas in outside of the stomach so i doubt it but some people swear by them.
  17. I worry about this too mainly because i have very sensitive teeth. I know drinking without a staw for me means room temperature drinks wondering if the no straw life is a permanent change i have to make.
  18. May have nothing to do with your WLS. You should see a doctor though.
