  5. My friend and I both had the sleeve on April 10th, I'm a non smoker and she's a smoker. She's not a heavy smoker but still a smoker, she did not quit smoking but cut back to 4 cigarettes a day and smoked until the night before surgery. Now she wants to go back to smoking and she's only a week out. I keep encouraging her not too but I'm afraid she might give in to her temptation. I don't know much about smoking and surgery, can someone tell me what can happen to her if she goes back to smoking only a week out?
  6. I just had my sleeve on April 10th, I didn't tell my husband until I got all my clearances bc I did not want him trying to talk me out of it. It was 2weeks prior to surgery when I told him and said, I'm just letting you know I'm having bariatric surgery on the 10th, he was surprisingly fine with it, just asked about complications and recovery time. Tell him, you won't know his reaction until you tell him.
