  2. I had my two week appt today and I'm down 19 pounds! My dr wasn't concerned
  3. The facility that did your surgery should have he led for pregnancy before the procedure. This could be dangerous for both mom and fetus. Call your DR asap
  4. So I had inflamed hemmroids after having kid. I used apple cider vinegar by pouring some on swab and wiping the infected area with it, and I be damned, that cured it for me
  5. That is very true, it does get better!
  6. Premier protein is all I can tolerate. The whey makes me gage like nobodies business!
  7. I have my two week follow up Tuesday and I will definitely mention it to my dr, but many people on a forum had the incision discomfort/pain for a few weeks and then it went away. Better to be safe than sorry tho!
  8. Yep, same exact thing! We must remember our organ was removed from the main in incision location and then it was stitched up. It's always a sting or burning pain for me but as time goes on it will get better!
  9. I went through this first few days, and I was reminded why I wanted my stomach reduced! I would literally gorge and eat whatever and feel sick afterwards, never going back to that. We had a pizza party yesterday at work and all my coworkers are eating this greasy huge slices of pizza & guess what? I didn't crave an ounce of it! This is a new chance for me & im so excited! 12dpo
  10. Hi, The first week or two is rapid because of water weight or so I've been told. Don't look at the scale everyday it will drive you nuts!
  11. Right?! Lol, I feel same way. I use to always say My stomach was a bottomless pit hahaha
  12. Oh okay! My dr only removed %75 of my stomach.
  13. Just curious as to what percentage of your stomach your doctor removed?
  14. I'm 11 dpo and still have the main incision pain, for some or subsides in a few days others a few weeks. It does get better!
  15. That is so scary :/ I'm so glad you didn't have any internal bleeding or damage to your surgery area! Don't stress, it will get better, just take it easy

  19. You may want to go to YouTube, I found someone who was 8 years out and she talked about her struggles, think she gained maby 5-10 pds o Ed an 8 year period! Not sure of her name, sorry.

  21. My mom stayed with me for five days but honestly, I took care of myself the entire time. Worst thing for me has been the main incision site pain, which is not unbearable if I hold the area, stopped pain mess on 3 dpo.
