I just had sleeve today. My only problem is I was over thinking everything. Just relax and go with the flow. That is difficult until who arrive in pre on...I was nervous and excited at same time the evening before. God Bless and good luck to all of you March 2nd sleevers

I try to post my progress every month, I have lost a total of 152 pounds so far, I still can't believe that woman on the left was me! I hope everyone else is doing great!

Well guys I start my preop liquid only Protein diet tomorrow. Getting ready for surgery day Feb. 28th... super excited and nervous.

Thank you guys! Your comments means a lot to me!!!! [emoji3] My dream is finally coming through after 34 years!!!!! [emoji3][emoji3][emoji3][emoji3][emoji3]. For those who are getting sleeved... don't worry about a thing! Just pray and have faith... everything will be just fine! I can't tell you have many people discouraged me from getting the sleeve done, but I had made up my mind and didn't really care about what people had to say. We all get scared because this is certainly life changing... but don't let anything get in your way!!! Good luck to you all! I look forward to see your progress [emoji8]

My weight loss journey started in 2010 when I weighed 386 pounds. I became stagnant and didn't lose any weight for several years after I lost the initial 100 pounds.

I got the sleeve in June of 2016 and it saved my life.

Learning how to eat again has been fiffucult. Learning how to eat around my food addiction has been especially difficult.

But im happier than I've ever been and I'm going to run a 5k next month!

March 1st!

I'm 67 years old and looking forward to my surgery date. I'm told I probably have about a 2 month wait until everything lines up and insurance gives the go ahead. Until then, I'm slowly eliminating my trigger foods, takong re recommended supplements, reducing intake to at least half my usual amount. I like Premier Protein shakes and taking 2 a day. Lots of Water, which is easy for me as that's my go to when thirsty. I'm committed to doing what it takes to embark on this journey. I'll be there for you as I know you'll be there for me. On top of this excitement we are under an advisory evacuation order due to Oroville Dam. Oh my. So my house is full of my kids and grandkids as we wait out the storms. Oh my life is exciting.
