    I'm STUCK

Hi there I'm now in 7 month post op I've been stuck on 97kg for nearly 2 months but I'm dropping in clothes size, so just keep doing what your doing, stay away from the scales for awhile. It will kick start again. I'm down 37kg and mentally weighing myself and seeing it not going down it's a real bummer on your brain. So keep an eye on your clothes as long as they are feeling like your losing then you probably are. Stay strong in mind and you will start dropping in the scales also

    Post Op

Hi Liz Well good luck with it all and get ready to enjoy the journey (with many ups and Of course a few downs). So your one week from surgery, I didn't get swelling but I did get the bloated feeling, I was sleeved 11/1/17 and have gone from 132.3kg to 96.3kg It's going to be a life changer for you and although I'm still learning how to eat it's getting better Good luck and feel free to message me if you need anything advice wise Cheers Domenic

Did you have WLS? The audacity of some.

I tell them straight Yes I had the sleeve And don't you wish your boyfriend looked hot like me [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] Anyone who tries to tell you they weight loss surgery was the easy way out has no bloody idea. The life change, the struggles and remembering it's a life change not short term. And in the end it's none of their business I have been lucky because my support base is huge and encouraging

Hey Muffyt I'm managing pretty well Since my transformation to solids I must admit I haven't followed the diet to the letter but I'm not hungry therefore if I eat it's only really small portions. So I guess compared to pre op it's only a small amount but I'm lucky I'm handling fluid intake quite well, so maybe because I'm drinking heaps it's satisfying me enough. I'm still having a protein shake every morning which keeps me going Since I posted I'm now down to 100.3kg From 133kg so I guess it's working for me, Aldo I haven't started any exercise yet so I guess that could mean a little faster wright loss. Anyways I'm coping well Thank you for your message Regards Mr D
