  1. Don't get to frustrated. I was in the same boat. I have found some creative ways to eat better. High protien smoothies. Where I live they have this wonderful cafe called Tropical Smoothie Cafe. They make these high protein smoothies. They are awesome. (They even have a happy hour LOL...) I can eat almost anything I want now but just a few bites at a time then I wait 10 minutes and take another bite or two. It takes me a good 30+ minutes to eat a meal. Just be patient. I am down 37 pounds and I am only 8 weeks post-op. And exercise is the best thing you can do for yourself.. Good Luck..
  2. I had my second fill yesterday and I think I am also too tight. Your comments really made me understand what I am feeling and I am better able to understand what I am experiencing. I have that foamy feeling in the back of my throat. I was told to give it a few more days. It is sort of scary feeling.

Today was a little bit better than yesterday. I am still on pure clear liquids. Looking forward to eating something else. I am almost afraid to eat, is this common? I am afraid of throwing up. My stomach hurts all the time. I can't wait to be comfortable. I have no regrets just questions.

  5. Hello, I would love you to keep in touch with me. So you are on the pre-op diet now? I am really trying but, I have 4 children and temptation is everywhere. If I had will power I wouldn't be where I am at. LOL. But, I am hanging in there.
  6. I am having my surgery March 24th. I am so excited. I had t start a liquid diet today until surgery. They have me drinking this stuff called Unjury? Has anyone else had to drink this stuff. It is awful. I would appreciate any adivice. thanks:smile:
