It might be the weight your body wants you at. It could be some other medical issue -- entirely possible. I would bring that up with your doctor, dietitian, and whoever else you see concerning this matter.

Im going to buy my Protein Shakes tomorrow and wondering which Protein Powder u use and whether u like it or not? Im definitly not a shake lover

I was recommended the same, and I agree...I didn't want to run it through a blender...lol
The big thing when introducing any new foods at this stage is to take your time eating. If you try it and it doesn't sit well it doesn't mean you can't try again, but maybe wait a bit. We all seem to react differently to certain foods. One day eggs would be great, the next terrible.

I was sleeved 2/28. I'm down 12 lbs since surgery. I'm enjoying my full liquids. Had some issues with head hunger after I came home and my family was eating foods I love, but it's getting better. It's a struggle to get in all of my fluids still, but I'm able to drink more each day. I've been having some Constipation, but stool softeners help with that. I've felt like I have more energy the last couple of days, but then I overdo things and need to rest.

I had a dream that I ate Cookies the morning of my surgery. When I realized what I had done I was so upset and couldn't believe I had done that to myself. It was scary. Just over a week to go for me!

Yes. I have been approved. My insurance didn't require a letter from my PCP. I told my surgeon about my HS, and he didn't seem concerned. I'm scheduled for Feb 28 and just started pre-op diet yesterday.
