Don't worry, the same thing happened to me. The scale started moving again after a week stall in week two. Now I'm at 4 1/2 weeks and down 24 pounds. It will come off. Keep walking and get in your Protein. You can do it!

After all my preparing for my hospital stay, I Woke up this morning and was surprised how emotional I am about having surgery. Looking forward to my "re-birth".[emoji56][emoji56]

You can do it! I've got one month to go as well, surgery date April 17th! Just follow what your surgeon says and you'll be fine. You have a whole team rooting for you. (That's us!). Good luck

I am 4 Weeks out of surgery highest weight 390 Surgery weight 365 Current weight 320. Just ended a two week stand still super excited for what lies ahead feeling good, Congrats to all that have hit your goal weight super inspiring!!!
