  1. Don't worry, the same thing happened to me. The scale started moving again after a week stall in week two. Now I'm at 4 1/2 weeks and down 24 pounds. It will come off. Keep walking and get in your protein. You can do it!

  3. You can do it! I've got one month to go as well, surgery date April 17th! Just follow what your surgeon says and you'll be fine. You have a whole team rooting for you. (That's us!). Good luck

  11. Hi All, I'm currently 245lbs and am going to have gastric bypass in a couple months. My goal is to get down to 160lbs. I know this is a very intense process and I was hoping you could share some of the things that were most difficult and maybe some of the things that surprised you about having gastric bypass surgery. I'm a little nervous about my surgery and want to hear about all aspects of this process, not just about how great it is to lose the weight. Many thanks!
