  1. I had a BMI of 31 and self funded which cost me a shit load of money. I have had no problems losing weight except now for the last few kgs. My dr warned me that some people would be very opinionated about the surgery because I never looked like I needed it lol.
  2. Scrambled Eggs n cheese either cottage or full fat Protein shake with water no milk n berries only
  3. Apparently u til your brain tells your stomach to stop producing so much acids it will be a part of the sleeve. I never had it before but have it now . Some had it before the sleeve and don't now.. I have no idea
  4. Not sure if the date is august or November lol. Increase the caloric intake by adding more fats or carbs ?.. ( I don't do the calorie thing but maybe it could help). Add some crap food maybe ?
  5. It will always be something I think about. Food being something we need to survive and want for pleasure. It is always in the back of my mind no matter how full I am from " just eating" I'm already looking forward to eating again. I feel like I'm more focused on food now then I ever was before. I can't win lol

  7. Increase fats ..... mediocre protein and low carb ( next to no sugar) Little cardio and more weights Heaps of green leafy veg
  8. Not sure where your from but here in Australia I'm pretty sure it's what bmi you started with. I was 31.3 and surgery BMI of around 31.
  9. I eat low carb or no carb and high fat with medium protein
  10. 2 weeks but could of gone back earlier.. but being a truck driver it can get quite physical.
  11. I had Dr Harsha at Murdoch. He's such a great dr and very informative as he has had the procedure himself so knows first hand all about it. He and his team are really good.
  12. If u need it you need it!!... of course two surgeries would be shit. I had mine done all at once.
  13. When ever your comfortable to do so. I was ok around day 5 for my stomach sleeping
  14. Food you can easily get down and you don't feel much restriction or any.... like crackers n chocolate mmmmmmmm yummmo lol
  15. Ummm muscle is not heavier then fat!!!.. a kilo of fat is the same as a kilo of muscle. Muscle is more dense then fat but not heavier.
  16. What complications are you talking of?
  17. Walking started week one and weights week two. Free Squats and bands week two also. I didn't have any issues with soreness at all. But everyone is different
  18. I started swallowing tablets in hospital n vitamins day 3.
  19. My BMI was 31 and I had sleeve with minimizer ring dec 5th 2016.... lost my weight quiet quickly
