  3. I did a 2 week pre op diet cause I had a fatty liver and I guess it's a goood way to get used to eating bugger all and to weigh less before surgery is always a bonus. I use boomers Protein powder which is tasteless and I can add it to anything although I do have a vanilla one which I can't remember atm which i have started to use now cause in the beginning after my sleeve I was a little lactose intolerant. I started walking for around 30 mins a few times into my second week then at the end of the 2 week started light weights for arms n shoulders. 3rd week I'm doing free squats and hamstrings , shoulders and biceps n triceps...   8. My weight was 83 kgs and surgery date (5th dec 2016 ) weight was 80kgs after the 2 week diet... I lost he majority of my weight in the first 3 weeks now at 70kgs I've slowed down... Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  13. Definitely lift heavier then what you would normally.. walking and yoga etc will not give you muscle. Doing 3-4 sets with around 8-10 reps. Eating Protein with in 30 mins of a work out helps.. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  14. I'm a low bmier.. was at 31 BMI or around 83kgs (182lbs) to start 3 weeks along or 5 with the 2 week pre op diet , I'm now 70 kgs (154lbs) ... eating 3 meals a day plus a snack. Mostly Protein and very little carbs. Drinking only Water around 2 -2.5 litres a day. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
