  1. I started at the gym post 2 weeks. Walking and light weights, free squats and using bands. He nurse just said to take it easy and don't lift heavy. Tablets I started taking day 2 post op and have had no problems with taking my whole 2 Multivitamins a day lol.. just listen to your body everyone is different here.   5. I've had 3 c sections and by far the worst was them.... this vsg I had NO pain at all.. seriously I could sleep on my side from day 2 and stomach by 4 days. Nothing has been as issue for me. But the c sections omg they hurt lol Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  8. I'm 4.5 weeks post op.. Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs lunch - tuna , avocado and cottage cheese ( mainly) Arvo- Protein drink ( home made with berries , protein n water) dinner - chicken or mince beef or fish with veg ( maybe cauliflower n sweet potato or broccoli) I only drink Water or tea And I don't let myself go more then 4 hours without eating Occasionally I'll have cheese inbetween Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App And I still want to eat cause that part hasn't left yet.... still have the want for sweet n savoury foods... it's gonna be a life battle for me I have found out Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  10. I took 10 days off and back to work... I'm truck driver and its strenuous work . I never had any issues with pain. I was fatigued in the first week but all good now 4.5 weeks post op Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  14. I never count calories. I have an idea of the Protein, fat n carbs I'm eating. I try and keep my protein and fats up and have very little carbs. Not all calories are equal so counting them is pointless Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Hahaha thank I just had an issue eating a bit of mango omg it got stuck down into my chest ( I think lol) ..... whoa remember to chew properly and don't rush IT HURTS lol I managed to find these Vitamins at the hospital I was operated at. After I'm done with these I'll go to ones I just swallow. At $35 plus dollars they aren't cheap. They weren't prescribed just over the counter. No hair loss as yet apparently it happens around the 12 week mark. My hair is shaved on the sides and the only hair I have with length in on top. So I don't know whether I'll notice it or not...
