Ok... so how do others get on when working out how much Protein etc they are eating if you are making up a huge pot of eg spag bolg , Soup or casserole?.. if the ingredients are NOT measured to begin with.   6. Perth sleever .... dec 5th 2016 Self funded no insurance and it cost me a shit load lol.. Had no issues with surgery at all. No pain relief after post 1 day an was in 2 nights. Down from 84kgs to 68kgs.. and I'm stagnant atm. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  8. Yeah I'm surprised at what you could eat so soon as well.. I was on clear fluids for a week. Then 2 week was like thickened fluids then puréed anything I could purée lol...   10. If some think it's the easy way out who cares... nothing wrong with the easy way out. The only ones that say that are the ones that aren't over weight or have never had a weight problem or don't have issues with being fat..   15. I can't tell how much a restriction should be with or without it. I have no one to compare to with one lol My surgeon has had a sleeve and has he minimiser ring as well. I didn't think to ask him about it. I can eat chicken breast and pork shredded and beef mince ok. I have had mango stuck cause I don't think I chewed it well enough. I'm still trying to work out how it stops your sleeve from " stretching" over time. If there is such a thing.   19. I have 5 incisions. One is under my sternum ( thinking where I had my hiatus hernia fixed) And 4 right across my belly button line with one being on or slightly above it.. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  20. I get nauseous and overwhelmingly hot... diarrhoea follows within 1/2 hour.. I never know what may set it off. Sometimes it's over eating sugary stuff like ice cream or some kind of dessert... Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  21. Yes I do ..... before I could literally go without deodorant ( not that I did lol) Now I find I need more or an extra shower. And at the gym I'm like omg lol...
