  1. So I've been trying to wake up early and get my workouts in, only did it twice.  I can't seem to shake off my tiredness in the mornings!  I know if I kept it up, I'd make it into a habit and it'll get easier, but I don't know if I want to do that.  When I workout in the evenings, take my shower, I'm so ready to lay down and sleep.  I think I'll stick to my evenings.

Now, if I decided to stop working, then I'll do mornings...around 9 or 10.  LOL

I have to get up at 5:00 am so I can have time to run before work. It was hard the first week, but I have adjusted now.

@biginjapan it is hard with work schedules and when/if you've got young kids, etc. finding the time can be hard. Apple has been able to get up in the am. But don't feel bad if you can't make the intentional workout as much as you'd like. Exercise only accounts for 20% of your physique anyhow, tsbawesome for your overall health but to lose the weight, diet is 80%. Don't you walk a lot to work/from etc? Or am I mixing you up with someone else?

You are right about diet being the most important!!

I think I have the most flexible schedule with no kids left at home. I can also show up to work anytime between 8-9 am or later lol. I am on salary so if I am late I just stay a little later in the afternoon to make it up.
