  12. December 5th 7:30am. Don't remember anything during surgery. Woke up a little sore but not unbearable. No meds required for pain until late night then a liquid hydrocodone and I was out for the rest of the night. Still hurts when first getting up in the morning but nothing I cant deal with. Have only had one pain pill since leaving hospital on Tuesday. Six incision sites due to hernia. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  13. I too had my sleeve done on Dec 5th and am now able to take 2 ounces of clear but no more and about 1.5 oz of creamy it does stick with me for a while. I am measuring out every bite and sip and between meals just take fluids. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  14. Try Truenutrution.com and let it sit a few minutes after throughly mixing. Many flavors and can add extras like aminos or Protein if you want. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  15. Why do restaurants serve enough foo for two people to eat? Its ridiculous and if the government really cared about our health they would readjust portion sizes to the correct amounts in restaurants. Look at portions in other countries like France. Much smaller than USA's. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  16. I get my Protein powder from truenutrition and love the chocolate Peanut Butter cup. I like that I can have extra aminos added and if I let it sit a couple of minutes after stirring there is no chalky texture just creamy. Plus it made with stevia instead of sorbitol. 17. Good for you. Your journey will be the best you've ever made for yourself.. I too have the bubbly feeling but mainly after drinking. May be too large of sips and taking in air as we sip. Im going to try to do better with the air intake myself and see what happens. Good Luck and co gratulations!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  18. I am five days out and yes Im also having a burning sensation. Im thinking may be the salt in my soups even though they are low salt. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  19. Throat is dry due to the equipment and lack of Fluid prior to surgery but I was allowed s few small sips late in evening after surgery. You definitely don't want to throw up. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  20. Good Morning ladies & gentlemen, I had my sleeve done on December 5th. I am doing very well so far except I think I overdid it on the treadmill yesterday. Anyone else feel like they may have done the same? I also found on my eating, 3 ounces of creamed Soup is just too much for me so Im now eating 2 ounces and staying comfortable. Im now down 6.5 lbs just four days out. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
